Our first Coffee and Conversation event of 2025 wasn’t slowed by the foul weather! We enjoyed tasty noshes from FUEL AMERICA, and welcomed three panel presenters:

Ashley Harrison, owner of HARRISON DIESEL SOLUTIONS
We started with a round robin introduction and met our presenters rom near and far. A HUGE thank you to our on-site IT team (AKA the best and brightest from NEI!!!!!) Inspired by the recent signing of Executive Order No. 638 our panelists shared their deep combined experience as women in construction and how they support and promote Diversity and Inclusion in their own businesses for women and other underrepresented groups. The conversation was lively and friendly, and new connections were made.
